Well done for completing another Summer Learning Journey related activity, 'Towering Timbers', and thanks for giving us your opinion on whether or not you think that logging should be allowed in New Zealand. I'm intrigued to hear that you don't think that it should be allowed based on your opinion of there not being any use for wood anymore— but as you should know, we don't actually use all of our wood, in fact, we export it overseas. Forestry is our third biggest export earner, and you can read more about this here: https://www.mpi.govt.nz/news-and-resources/open-data-and-forecasting/forestry/
Fascinating stuff, isn't it? Other countries actually use our wood!

We are pretty great for pushing the movement of electric vehicles, but what other ways do you think that we could progressively help to lead the world?

I look forward to your reply!

    Cheers,

    Jordan
