The person that I have chosen to write about is Richard Sandrak who I think is very tough and strong, he got the title, The little Heracles.

He was the strongest boy ever and is in the Guinness world book of records, that is where I first learnt about him, by reading that book.

He is so tough that he started to train at about 5 years old or younger, that is insane. He is tough because he kept training to build lots of muscle.

life in new zealand is really cool we have a a tall tower one of the tallest tower in the world its called the sky tower  and other places like crispy creams.

But most important are vechiles we have lots of electricity and if world war 3 happened were of the safstest place to be beacuse were on the peace list were number 3.

so we are making a 3rd lane on the motor way which will help the traffic out

My trip to Tundra it was fun but the place was frezzing some times I coudent fell my fingers.

Most of the time we got to eat un healfy food beacuse it is hard for some plants to grow there.

It was cool beacuse we got to se polar bears and many animals that are not in new zealand.

Of corse beacuse this place was cold long winter and short summer terrible wather.

The temprtures get up to minus 60 degrees F.

how badly do we need paper i get the need it for office jobs but why do we have to make it after saying this other countrys cant call us lazy after all we have e vechiles and all this eltricty that we create.

how to make it

put some sushi rice in a pot fiill it up with water

bring to the boil simmer for fourteen minutes

drain the rice put therice in a bowl

add sushi seasoning

let it cool

take a sheet of sewead

and spread rice out on it

add toppinge.g carrot chicken

roll up tightly seal edge with water

and put it in the fridge.

The WWF is doing to help the seals they are

building snow banks for the baby seals to be born.

and they have been successful 

with some animals like the panda so far.

I would not like to be a DOC ranger.

my beast looks like a hard rock monster with sharp teeth 

that has acid on the tips so it can cut through steel

which makes it a dangrous creature.

It smells like sulphur and also smell like burned meat.

My monster will mostly feel rocky but some squishy spots too (were his organs are)

It will sound like a drum being hit hard, a loud noise that echos and if it falls down it will shake the room that he's in or the ground.

so 300 x 3= 900

60x 3= 180

5x 3 =15

so 900 + 180 is 1080 then the 15 makes 1095 millimeters of water.

yes I would like to visit Tāne Mahuta because at my school we have the kauri hub and the kahikatea hub. The kauri hub was room 6 7 and 8 they were seprate classes but the school got same with room 4 and 5. Thats one reason I woant to visit the other is because I have been studying the perodic table and wanted to try something else trees plus it helped my inquiry work back in term 4. So those are the reasons I would like to visit.

The hometown that I live in is a decent town that has this cheap sushi shop with delicious avocado
sushi thats about 2 dollars.
And it also has a New world and a Countdown which is where lots of people get the food and also it is next to Hells pizza pizza hut and Mcdonalds.
And it has a scouting group and guids group right next to papakura central school
and about 10 other schools.
It is build right next to a volcano redhill.

bonus activty week 2 day 4 woman at work

'What was that noise said Andrew the nurse? I think It was a loud bang I'll go have a look.
hey whats the grey stuff in the distance' as Andrew walks closer he sees what it is.
'Andrew gasped I need get back to my patients to warn them about it, hey it happened again yelled Andrew. About two minutes later Andrew made it to the patients. "guys you need to get off the ship did you hear the bang asked Andrew ? 'No replied the patients well we need to hurry' OK replied the patients as they left the doctors waiting room. Then most people notice and start getting to the life boats And then Andrew got all the nurses and crew to evacuate. Then a few seconds later the ship tilted and one of the life boats broke. lucky that there was still enough for everyone started going crazy so crew had to cool everyone down. then about half the life boats were full . "come on everybody we need to excavate the ship" said Andrew helping the last people on the ship to get on the life boats. we all made it in time.

I think I would want to be at a farm and be a farmer but it will be very hard to shear the sheep, milk the cows and harvest crops. Also feeding the farm animals.

Also It would be hard to make sure you make some chickens hatch and some don't. I would find learning about what to feed the animals and how to look after them interesting. It would be nice to have fresh food from living on a farm.

Week 1 - Waka Ama

I would not like to be in a Waka Ama race one day, because it looks tough. I think the water is hard to row against. The men looked very strong and their arms were working hard.

I would like to ride in a Waka just not race.

My visit Thunderbird's studio

These are some pictures of a tour I went to at Wellington for Christmas 2017. I got to pull a lever which

makes the trees fall and the cave open but we weren't allowed to take photos then so  you cant see it. Z They use pieces of junk to make the items and structures like how they used on the very old show in the 1960's somebody made a complaint about seeing a lemon squeezer so they challenged themselves to put a lemon squeezer in every episode.and one of the creators hated Thunderbird 5 so much they left him in space for 30/32 episodes. That's me sitting in Thunderbird 2 in the first picture.

• 1 1⁄2teaspoons baking soda
• 1 1⁄2cups sugar
• 2⁄3cup cocoa
• 1teaspoon salt
• 1 1⁄2cups skim milk
• 100g butter, melted
• 2eggs
• 2teaspoons vanilla
• 1teaspoon coffee
• icing
• 100 g butter
• 250 g icing sugar
• 1/3 cup cocoa
• milk to mix
• 1 tsp vanilla essence

preheat for 180.c for at least 50 minutes
