Intro: this is writing about how to be calm
When i'm angry you will clench up your fists and feel like punching something.
Also my face will start to go red like if i'm embarrassed i will have a serious look on my face and I will tend to start yelling and screaming until i'm out of breath. Also will feeling like to snap something in half or breaking something
Then I don't know what happens but I just seem to stop.
What is kit kat is a little area’s were you sit down and there's a five minute hourglass that you turn over like a normal hour glass and wait the five minutes out and then leave the kitkat zone and hopefully never need to go to a kitkat zone ever again
Everyone's happy place is different some may be listening to their favorite band or just playing video game so everyone's is different mine is just eating my favorite food and playing video games all day every day but again everybody's one is different which makeseverybody different from each other
